JOB DESCRIPTION
Power Integrations seeks an experienced customer service representative located in our Singapore office and reporting to the Worldwide Customer Service Manager at our headquarters in San Jose, California.
In this position you will be interfacing with customers, distributors, and other related third parties to handle a variety of customer service functions. You will enter orders, determine the status of sales orders, delivery schedules, verifying product pricing, coordinating schedule changes and maintaining records of sales order acknowledgements.
Tasks require order entry using Oracle, ATP using our planning system of JDE and knowledge of using a CRM database. You will coordinate tasks with the Power Integrations team in San Jose, California and our field offices via e-mail, telephone, and fax.
REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree or equivalent
Three years of customer service experience
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to speak Korean and Japanese highly desired
Customer service oriented, ability to work independently, attention to detail
Must be a team player.
