About Us

Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
Support HRMs on various HR Administrative responsibilities in areas of onboarding, orientation, transfer, exit, and assignment changes. Act as main interface with Corporate HR shared service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Update and maintain HR database (OHR/Workflow) for employee lifecycle including hiring system, onboarding initiation, C&B and organization changes
Generate HR analytical reports & metrics including learning reports
Support on country metrics, initiatives and project implementation
Support C&B on processing of global Variable Commission Payment with country payrolls
Assist on HR projects and employee events as & when required

Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate Diploma or Bachelor degree, HRM or Business Mgt preferred
Minimum 2 years HR working experience
Excellent PC Skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Operations experience in a customer focused environment, ideally HR Administration background
Process Improvement experience in a fast-paced operational environment
High level of focus on quality, levels of accuracy and confidentiality
Possess strong prioritization skills and ability to work independently and
Flexibility to quickly shift priorities and juggle simultaneous requirements
Strong interpersonal skill
