PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The ideal candidate will be required to provide operational & administrative support proactively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, good initiative and judgment, high attention to detail and management of multiple tasks are key attributes for success in this role.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Receive & screen communications to the Managing Director & the Regional SME Director, and provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attention; prioritize, channel and facilitate communication from department heads
* Attend meetings as required for record/minutes keeping and action plan follow-up
* Perform a variety of executive secretarial & administrative duties
* Calendar management, requiring interaction with internal staff, clients, partners and external executives
* Communicate and handle incoming calls, mail promptly and efficiently with a professional manner
* Arrange travel schedules and coordinate activities
* Review or create reports as requested
WORK EXPERIENCE
* 3-5 years of experience in Executive assistance roles
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
* Excellent command of English
* University or college degree will be an advantage

* Ability to organize own work, coordinate projects, set priorities & follow up on assignments with minimum direction and excellent results
